We decided to hire Karen because of Facebook reviews and man are we glad we did. We were buying from Ontario. Not only was she super helpful finding our house, she went over and above making sure the house was suitable and if there was an issue she made sure it was dealt with. She booked inspectors and found appropriate businesses to do the work then checked on their work to make sure it was done right. She did videos and took pictures answered every little question and even gave us sites on how to hook up utilities. She helped every step of the way. We couldn’t have done this long distance without her enormous help. I will definitely hire Karen again and would tell anyone who needs a real estate agent to hire her as well. You won’t regret it that’s for sure.
